1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide voluntarily
We do not collect any personal information. Our calculators process all data locally in your browser. The income, age, citizenship, and other details you enter into our affordability calculator and CPF grant checker never leave your device. We have no registration, no login, and no database that stores your inputs or results.
If you contact us by email ([email protected]), we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include in your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and do not add it to any marketing list.
1.2 Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use standard analytics tools that may collect non-personally-identifiable information such as:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referring URL and pages visited
- Time and date of visit
- Country and city-level geographic location
- Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally. We use it to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

2.1 Essential cookies
We do not use any first-party essential cookies. Our site functions fully without cookies.
2.2 Analytics cookies

Its consent state defaults to denied on every page: until you press Accept in the cookie bar, it operates cookieless — it records that pages were viewed (aggregate, non-identifying measurement pings) but sets no analytics cookies and does not identify you. If you decline, or never choose, it stays cookieless. Pressing Accept grants analytics cookies; withdrawing that choice in section 4 of our Cookie notice also clears any analytics cookies already set. 2.3 Advertising cookies
Status (25 August 2026): Google AdSense is active on this site's content pages — the two calculators, the BTO calculator, the FAQ, the three grant pages and the six guides — and ads may be served. The script itself may set cookies when it runs. It is deliberately absent from this policy page and from the cookie notice, terms, about, contact, guides-index and for-AI pages. Our Cookie notice always states the current position.
Personalization is off until you accept. Unless you have pressed Accept in the cookie bar, each page asks Google for non-personalized ads, which limits cookie use to what ad serving and frequency capping require. Accepting in the cookie bar allows personalized ads from the next page you load onwards; clearing your choice in section 4 of the Cookie notice reverts it.
We display advertisements through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site and other websites. These cookies enable Google and its partners to show you personalized advertisements.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. 3. Third-Party Services
3.1 Google AdSense
Active — see section 2.3. The AdSense loader runs on the content pages listed there.
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on our site. Google AdSense is an advertising service provided by Google LLC. Google uses cookies and web beacons to collect data about how you interact with advertisements. This data may include:

- Pages visited
- Time spent on pages
- Ad clicks

3.2 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 under Consent Mode v2, as described in section 2.2: cookieless measurement unless you accept, no identification of visitors, and withdrawal clears any cookies an earlier Accept produced. Google Analytics collects information such as how often pages are visited and which pages they are. Google's ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics is governed by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
3.3 Third-party links
Our site may contain links to other websites, including HDB, CPF Board, and MAS websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any site you visit through our links.
3.4 Hosting
This site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. As with any web server, standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, date and time) may be maintained by the hosting infrastructure for security and operational purposes, for a limited retention period. Data may be transferred to and processed on servers outside Singapore for these purposes. Hostinger acts as a data processor for this data and is bound by its Data Processing Agreement, which applies to our hosting plan. We do not use server logs to profile or track visitors.
4. Data Protection & Security
Since we do not collect or store your personal data (your calculator inputs stay on your device), there is no personal data for us to protect. For email communications, we handle your information responsibly and securely. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under data protection laws, including the GDPR (EU/EEA), PDPA (Singapore), and CCPA (California). These may include the right to:
- Access personal data we hold about you (note: we hold none)
- Request correction or deletion of personal data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent for cookie use
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
